The kitchen is set out with modern fully fitted units  in a U shape featuring wooden work surfaces and part ceramic tiled walls. The window gives a pleasant view to the rear. Appliances are fully integrated, including a  gas hob, oven, washerdryer, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There is also a microwave. It is fully equipped with crockery, glasses and utensils. 

It is open plan to the dining area.
